   SEAS PARISH MASTER PLAN
Our Unique Role
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish is an important part of the Kenner community. It maintains an ongoing positive relationship with civic leaders. Our Parish serves as a cornerstone for the quality of life of our area. Many families considering moving to Kenner are looking for an appropriate place to worship and excellent schools. The proposed relocation of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish and School will increase all aspects of service to the Kenner area.

The Challenge
As membership in the congregation grows, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is outgrowing its current land and facilities. Building on the current site would not enable our church and school community to provide for our anticipated growth. We need more space, quality space, and dedicated space.

The Solution
We are moving to a new location at the corner of Loyola Drive and Joe Yenni Boulevard. This 18-acre site provides all the space we need for our plans. We will build a traditional church building that will seat 900, designed with the ability for future expansions. We will have a state-of-the-art school that will allow us to increase enrollment and provide quality space for specialized instruction. This relocation to a more central site in our Parish will enhance all we do in service to our community.

The Goals
We are seeking $12 million in philanthropic support for this project. We anticipate receiving $3 million from the sale of our current land. This will enable us to relocate our church and school, as well as upgrade and expand all of our facilities, add new facilities, and provide for increasing participation in the life of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish community.

How You Can Help
We are seeking long-term pledges that reflect a true spirit of generosity and commitment to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. Be a positive giver and support the program financially. Your generosity will encourage others to follow. All gifts to SEAS building campaign are tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Using gifts of appreciated property or stocks may be a great way to support the campaign and reduce your tax burden at the same time. We welcome gifts to the campaign in memory of a loved one. You may track our progress via regular updates in the parish and school bulletins. Discuss the program with your fellow parishioners and pray for its success. Contact the Church Office for more information and to obtain the Guide for Giving and Pledge Statement forms. The campaign will only succeed if all of us work together for a common vision of our church, our school, and our community.
